This cave passes beneath Akala Island, joining Heahea City on its north end to Route 9 at its southern mouth. Stairs divide it into an upper and a lower level, with ledges further splitting the terrain, and Tauros Charge opens a narrow side passage near the lower staircase where a Fire Stone waits. Dugtrio occasionally appear moving along rocky stretches the player cannot reach, and Machamp Shove grants passage to a cut-off corner of Konikoni City.
