Gapejaw Bog

Gapejaw Bog spans the western and central Crimson Mirelands of Hisui, running from the Golden Lowlands in the northwest to Sludge Mound in the southeast, with the Holm of Trials lying south across the river. A river splits the bog into two very different halves. The western portion resembles the neighboring lowlands, mixing golden grain patches with dense marshes that hold fragments of ancient ruins, plus woods along the mountains. Log bridges lead to the eastern half, where sparser marshland gives way to muddy pools and thinner vegetation.
