Exclusive to Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, the Battle Resort is Hoenn's battling destination and the predecessor counterpart to the Battle Tower and Battle Frontier of earlier games. It opens after the Delta Episode, when Norman provides an S.S. Ticket for the S.S. Tidal from Slateport or Lilycove. On arrival the player meets Wally and receives a Mega Stone from grateful former villains, an amnesiac Looker washes up on the southern beach with an Audinite, and a Triathlete here is one of three people to consult for Rydel's Bikes.
