Birth Island, located in the Sevii Islands close to Six and Seven Islands, is where the Mythical Pokémon Deoxys dwells in Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald. Visiting requires the AuroraTicket and a ferry ride, and the island stays hidden on the Town Map because of its event-only status. The only feature there is a black triangular rock that shifts position each time it is touched; tracing the shortest route to it after every move makes it glow brighter until it turns red and shatters, summoning Deoxys, while any misstep resets the puzzle.
