Mt. Chimney divides Route 112 into two segments joined by the Fiery Path, a short cave that also lets travelers bypass the desert if they lack Go-Goggles. Wrapping around the volcano's rocky base in central Hoenn, the route links Route 111, Lavaridge Town, and the Jagged Pass. A Cable Car Base Station carries passengers to the summit, though Grunts block it before the confrontation at Meteor Falls, and ledges near Lavaridge form a one-way shortcut back down.
