Route 7, Rivière Walk, is an exceptionally long east-west route in western Kalos tying Camphrier Town to Connecting Cave, with a spur to Route 6, Berry fields, and the Pokémon Day Care on its eastern end and the castle-like Battle Chateau at its center. Its riverside scenery makes it a favorite of Artists. A Snorlax initially sleeps across the bridge, and the player must wake it with the Poké Flute borrowed from Parfum Palace, then battle or catch it to pass.
