Diglett's Cave is a lengthy tunnel excavated by wild Diglett and Dugtrio, famous for joining two distant parts of Kanto. Its northern mouth opens onto Route 2 south of Pewter City, while the southern end emerges on Route 11 near Vermilion City, or within the city itself in Generation II.
