Navel Rock

2 Pokémon can be caught at Navel Rock in Kanto.

Navel Rock sits between Four Island and Five Island in the Sevii Islands and serves as the roost of Lugia and Ho-Oh, both Legendary Pokémon. Reaching it in Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen, or Emerald requires the MysticTicket, after which the player sails there via the Seagallop Ferries or the S.S. Tidal from Lilycove City. Unlike the other Sevii Islands, the island stays hidden on the Town Map until first visited in FireRed and LeafGreen, and it never shows up on Emerald's PokéNav map.
