Underground Path 5 6

3 Pokémon can be caught at Underground Path 5 6 in Kanto — highlighted on the map below.

This Underground Path runs directly beneath Saffron City, its two entrances emerging on Routes 5 and 6 north and south of the city. In Generations I, III, and VII it is the only way between Cerulean City and Vermilion City until Saffron's gate guards are appeased with a drink or Tea from Celadon City. The long, dim corridor contains no wild Pokémon, but dropped items can be recovered using an Itemfinder or similar tool, and in some games a girl in the Route 5 gate offers a version-dependent Pokémon trade.
