A lighthouse marks the center of Liberty Garden, an island off southwestern Unova served by boats departing Castelia City's Liberty Pier. In Pokémon Black and White, boarding the boat requires the event-exclusive Liberty Pass, and Team Plasma members already on the island confront the player upon arrival. In Black 2 and White 2, bringing Victini in the party can trigger a brief appearance by Professor Juniper, and taking the Mythical Pokémon into the lighthouse basement prompts it to emerge from its Poké Ball.
