Nuvema Town in southeastern Unova is where the protagonist of Pokémon Black and White begins their journey, alongside childhood friends and rivals Cheren and Bianca, who later become a Gym Leader and a professor's assistant respectively. Professor Juniper operates her Pokémon Lab here. The town's sole exit is Route 1 to the north, leading toward Accumula Town. After Alder is defeated in Black and White, Bianca returns on weekends and offers the player one rematch per day.
