Route 19

The first route of Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, Route 19 winds eastward out of Aspertia City toward Floccesy Town in Unova's southwest. Bianca teaches the catching tutorial here, and a Youngster explains how ledge jumping works. Just before the town, former Champion Alder makes a dramatic entrance by leaping down from a tall cliff to greet the player. A northern section stays out of reach until Surf becomes usable, with an NPC guarding the cliff path if the Alder scene has not yet played.
