Jubilife Village serves as the settlement built by the Galaxy Expedition Team on Hisui's western shore, with the Obsidian Fieldlands and the Cobalt Coastlands lying to its east. When the strange visitor arrives, the village is only two years old. Centuries later it develops into Jubilife City, among the largest cities in Sinnoh. Any Burmy that battles within the village takes on its Plant Cloak form.
