Ramanas Island is the biggest island in the Obsidian Fieldlands of Hisui, sitting in the southwestern waters where the two major rivers around the central landmass meet, with Sandgem Flats across the water to the north. Low hills climb from sandy beaches to a forest enclosed at the island's center, and pink flowers grow here and there along the inner shore. Despite its name, its position corresponds to modern Sinnoh's Route 220 rather than Ramanas Park.
