Outcast Island
12 Pokémon can be caught at Outcast Island in Kanto.
Outcast Island names both a small water route off Six Island in the Sevii Islands and the remote islet at its northern end, the farthest of the scattered rocks from the main island. Surfing north from the end of the Green Path, players pass several Swimmers, including a brother-and-sister pair, before the islet comes into view. Landing on its western shore grants access to the Altering Cave.
