Workout Sea

26 Pokémon can be caught at Workout Sea in Galar — highlighted on the map below.

The Workout Sea forms the southeastern waters around Galar's Isle of Armor, touching the Stepping-Stone Sea, the Fields of Honor, and Brawlers' Cave. On a large southwestern island marked by stone arches, an NPC will craft a Galarica Cuff in exchange for eight Galarica Twigs. On a small eastern island lives Lady Clear, who wipes all of a Pokémon's EVs for a fee of ten Armorite Ore.
